Installation Complete

Hi,

My NBN was installed about 3 weeks ago but the installation status still says 'Installation still in progress'.

 

How do I change this? I'm trying to upgrade my plan but because of this delay I can't. I've tried calling but due to COVID, can't get onto anybody.

 

Anyone know how to get around this?

Hi jamesbcoley,

 

Is your NBN service has ever work?

It is possible that NBN still on incomplete status. Even if your internet service are on.

Please advice

Hi,

Yes I believe everything is working. We’ve had it all working since the day of installation.
