Hi guys, I have received my TPG router and NBN kit. but I haven’t received any date for the installation. I didn’t even receive any email that my application is under process or something. Nothing about what plan I m on .

The Installation of NBN service can take between 2 to 30 working days depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the nbn™ technician to perform the installation. Updates will be provided via email.

Hi thanks for your reply.. as I told your customer service officer on the phone that I am going overseas for a month so I need to know the of the installation date but all of you are saying it’s under progress. If you can’t give me any date on this please cancel my service from now on . And send me the return postage for router I had received. I have spoken to another provider they are saying that’s with in 3 to 5 day they will activate the service and the installation from NBN co is done ✅..

Yes that's correct. At the moment, your NBN service installation is currently in progress. Installation of NBN service can take between 2 to 30 working days depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the nbn™ technician to perform the installation.

 

Once the installation date is available it will be sent via email. Do you wish to speak with our Account specialists? If so, confirm your best contact number and preferred time. We'll have them contact you again.

Yes I do want to speak to them to resolve this issue .. as I can’t wait for the date because I m going overseas..

I do t want you guys to tell me in two weeks that my installation date is first week or second week of August. As I have to go to work for four weeks ..
