Hi,
I have transfered my NBN from OPtus to TPG because optus service was substandard. I have the NBN connected but my TPG account is not initialised. I have been waiting nearly a mweek without internet or phone. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT INTERNET THIS LONG .Please what is the delay ?i cannot soend hours on the phone waiting for a service rep.
I had hoped TPG would be better than Optus ..so far I'm not sure!

The completion of the installation date will be sent via email it generally takes less than 10 business days but can take longer in some cases. I'd love to help check the status of the appointment, send me a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
