Installed new NBN modem.

I have installed new NBN modem, and it does not connect yet. I am waiting for more than 2 hours now. What is wrong? Please help me...

Welcome to Community! 

 

I found your TPG account using your Community details. 

 

The status of the NBN shows that it's awaiting installation, though I've also detected that you have plugged your ADSL modem back for internet access. 

 

We will need to have this checked by one of our Case Managers. May I know your most convenient time to receive a call so we can arrange a contact to be made?
