I rang on 17th April and the message said use chat, I went to chat and it said skip the queue by lodging on the app.
So I lodged connection fault in the app in 17th.
48 hours later still no contact.
On 18th and 19th tried the online chat and message just says your chatting with other customers try again later.
Meanwhile no internet..
You want people to use online methods but you don't respond or have any queuing system or anything that would show us we are progressing, just silence.. I am opening a case with the ombudsman
