My internet working on phone but not on laptop

@psingh1234 Has the laptop worked with the wifi before? Try forgetting the network and connect again. How about LAN connection, does it work?

I forget many times then again connect same problem occurs but internet work good on my iPhone..also I tried to connect with one of my friends laptop same problem occurs..kindly resolve this problem as early as possible

Has it worked before though? Or is this the first time you're connecting to the router's wifi?

Does it work with other wifi connections? You can also try changing the DNS on your computer.

Hi @psingh1234 . So, you are getting a wifi connection. On laptop, open a command window and do:

ipconfig/all

This displays all network connections. Select the lines relating to the wifi connection and copy and paste into your reply.

What model wifi router do you have?
