Internet wont light on modem

NBN box is connected and active and all lights are lit.

TP-Link Archer VR1600v modem is connected to NBN box but internet light will not light up.

I had set this up previously a few months ago and it was easy and no need to connect to a computer to do it.

I cancelled the old account and started this new one but not easy to set the previous modem up this time.

So how can I get the internet to light up on the modem without connecting to a computer?

Hi @michael5 . Do factory reset on Archer.

Connect your phone or tablet to Archer wifi using SSID and password on label.

Put 192.168.1.1 in address bar in browser.

Login to router using admin and admin.

Go to Advanced, Network, EWAN.

Enable VLAN ID and set to 2.

Connection type is PPPoE.

Username +  @tpg.com.au and password.

Save and Connect.
