Received my modem and its been sitting on the auto configuration page saying wait 30 min for a long time.
Called and ever 60 min I get auto hung up on.
How does a new customer get set up with TPG?
Their sales team answer quite fast though which is great.

I hope TPGs UX team figure out a better way to ger prople started. I was on hold for 1.5 hours without any answer.
Could a link to the modem setup be in a welcome email or on a card in the box when the modem is shipped?
