It's been 2 months since i register for nbn

I have registered for NBN now it's been more than 2 months two technicians came in that time and they said outside fibre cable is broken and they haven't repaired it or changed it and I am still waiting for there reply. what is going on TPG it's not good at all. please fix this asap.

I think i have to wait for another 2 months to get this problem fixed . How you think your customers will have faith in you guys?
