Hello,
My HFC lead-in cable has been torn off the street pole by a falling tree from last weekend's windy weather. i have logged a fault with TPG using the app, but no-one has responded to this. The support number appears to be no longer available, and the chat function is always indicating that the is no-one availiable to chat with as everyone is busy
How can i get a view on how quickly the lead-in cable can be reattached?
