Absolutely astounded at the sheer lack of respect for customers, these guys are shocking, call to buy the service they answer in under 2 minutes, need support your hung up on and told to "chat online " F*N disgraceful. You took my money nearly a month ago yet I have no nbn connection, received all the equipment just need A DAM SERVICE. plug it in follow instructions NOTHING HAPPENS. Yet when I was signing up I received ph calls and emails, UNTILL you got my money then NOTHING.
