Modem delivery

Hi,
I was informed that a replacement modem would be sent off on the 30th of March and it would take 2 days. I did not receive any email or number to track the package.
Could I get a confirmation that it was send?

The replacement router has been shipped and an email notification with the consignment or tracking number has been sent to the linked email address.

 

You'll receive it within 1 to 2 working days within Metro and 2 to 5 working days outside Metro area.
