Hi I was advised yesterday my modem has been sent to StarTrack for delivery.
When I Click on link to track it says 'error'
See screen shot. Do you know why this means?

Most likely, Startrack's record wasn't updated at that time. I suggest that you try again to check the modem delivery status.
