I have just had a text saying my installation is complete but I haven't received my modem yet, how long does it take to receive?

The modem has already been received by Startrack. The timeframe for the delivery of the modem will be within 3-5 working days. 

I'll be providing you with the consignment number via private message so you can track the status of the equipment.
