Moving home -no internet

Hi,
I have been with TPG for few years now. Am moving houses and had organised nbn to be disconnected at old house and reconnected at new house on 8th January. I received an email 2 days ago that the installation has progressed and will receive an sms, email with few hours once service is active. Nothing received from TPG, now I dont have internet and from Monday I need to work from home. Tried calling multiple times, ended up getting transferred from one department to another. An agent took my details and promised a call back, again nothing happened. If this would have explained by the moving home specialist then would have preferred a complete disconnection at old address and reconnection of a new account/service at the new address. Frustrating experience !!!

The new location was tagged under the NBN service class 24, which means that an NBN NTD box is already installed and it is for remote activation. However, since it is missing, it caused the delay in activating your NBN service.
