Moving house request, 3 weeks and still no update

I get that some services will take more than 10 days, but after receiving a call from TPG yesterday they said that I need to wait another 10-15 days because my "payment" was just posted. But the payment posted was the monthy payment for my NBN and I STILL don't have an update after getting told multiple times that they will "prioritise" my concern. Horrible customer service, generic answers without real solutions and after waiting for 50-60 mins to get a hold of a rep. They will just transfer you to another "department"
