NBN was connect to my premises FTTN on the 17th of April. My landline has stopped working since then. I have contacted TPG every day but no one is able to help me. I am right now on the phone to TPG for 3 hours with nobody picking up the phone. Can you please help? I am not able to successfully connect my home phone to phone port 1 on the modem. There is dial tone, no green light and calls cannot be made or received.

Could you please also provide me with the make and model of your modem + Mac Address and Serial number of your modem? You can find these on the bottom or the back of your modem depending on the model of your modem. If you could provide a photo of the mac and serial that would be best.
