The second NBN team (complex) have finished and the NTD optical light is on. However after about an hour I have not yet received the confirmation SMS and so have not connected the router.
My FTTN is still working (DSL).
How long please (and do you want the NTD number again)?

The installation of the NBN Fibre upgrade is still in progress.
Our NBN Service Delivery team is monitoring the account and will be in touch with you as soon as the FTTP service is good to go.
Keep on using the FTTN service, while waiting for it.
