Hi,
I received a text message from ( 0480XXXXXX) about a nbn appointment to fix our service for MARCH 4th 8am-12pm. However the address in the txt message has our old address instead of our new address we just moved into. I requested nbn to our new address and even wrote our new address in the request and tpg still got it wrong. Could we have someone please look into this.
