I am trying to get NBN connected to my premicise and just want an update on how it is going since I cannot get a hold of custermer service during this time. I have recieve the Modem router a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back from TPG for close to a month.
Thanks for choosing TPG for internet provider, currently it is under progress but we will let you know later for update because we still waiting from nbn update.
Can i get an update in when the NBN will be installed as it has been 2 months since I have signed up.
If there isn't progress withint a couple days I will want a full refund and taking the NBN service somewhere else.
