Hi TPG!
I had my NBN FTTC connected today by a technician.
Everything was working fine until this evening, the NBN NCD has started continuously clicking and can't connect to NBN. (Red flashing light) - only power light is blue.
Status shows my area is fine.
Can you please check / run diagnostics?

Accoriding to the recent interaction on your account, the issue is now raised to our Engineering team for further assessment and investigation.
I realised that the internet is currently not working however please ensure to still leave the modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes.
An update will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
