NBN - No show and no update yet

No show for 8-12 appointment this morning and no update from anybody - I replied to my TPG email asking for update as well.

We apologise for the inconvenience and the delay in your NBN installation.


We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that our Provisioning team has been in touch. They advised that the NBN Co field technician was unable to complete the installation as it requires a Civils work to repair the LIC (Lead-in Conduit).


The planned remediation date is on 23/07/2019.


Your case manager is monitoring the account and will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call once an update is available.
