NBN Power Cable Missing

hi @Shane thanks for checking in.  I had a phone call last week with a TPG rep. I was wondering if there was any update from NBN as we still have not recieved the power cable and still do not have internet. thanks

We understand that your case manager has been in touch and advised that the delivery of the power adapter was delayed due to previous extreme weather that caused floods.

Can someone please help me. The house I moved in has the nbn box and white cable but the power cable is missing.
