Even though you received the modem first that doesn't mean that the service is already active.

 

The timeframe of the installation of the NBN is within 2 to 30 working days.

 

Your address is listed under the service class 13, which means that the copper pair is known and complete from the node to your premises. It will be a remote activation and it is possible that the service will be activated within this coming week, however, it still depend if there will be a fault within the NBN network.

 

Your order is being monitored by our Provisioning team and an email notification will be sent as soon as an update becomes available.
