NBN activation

Hi TPG,

 

I have been an ADSL2 customer for the past 5 years, userid is 5293262, and have called to move to the NBN because it is about to be connected in my area. The NBN was supposed to be connected on the 28 of February, but it looks to be delayed.

For existing TPG customers, there are few ways to switch over to the NBN service: 

  1. Call our support hotline at 13 14 23 (option 4 + 1 ) For NBN and (option 4 + 2) For ADSL
  2. Change the plan online by logging in to My Account. You may also refer to this link for an easier process of changing your plan/service: Changing NBN Plans through My Account
