NBN activation

Thank you David. 

That was not clear from the text. We thought we were waiting for the internet light to go green before we replied  Yes.

Still no notice of activation. We are tearing our hair out here! 

 

ON 14 APRIL AT 1.23PM, I received an email from nbnorders@tpg.com.au  that said:

 

Activation for your service has now been confirmed:

NBN Technology: NBN Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC)

Your NBN service is due to be activated within 2 working days. You are not required to be home for the installation.

 

We have been waiting since then for ANY sign of activation. 

 

Can anybody help?

I have escalated this to our installs team and someone should hopefully call you today to sort this out.
