NBN box light flashing and clicking

Hi, my NBN box is making a continuous clicking sound and won't connect to the internet. I've tried turning it on and off but nothing changes. Please let me know what to do to fix it. Thanks,

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
