Hi, received the NBN box last Friday and have connected but seems like there's no connection on TPG's end?

Hi @pthevarajah
I see in the notes that you chatted to HD yesterday.
It says an NBN order was withdrawn to an incorrect address and a new order has been created with the correct address.
This is progressing and we will pass on the new notifications once NBN progress with the order.
As you will be on NBN-FTTC, you will need a white NBN-NCD box and a TPG modem.
