Checked your new adress on NBN portal, there must be NBN NTD(Black ARRIS Box) in place. Please may I know when did you request relocation, and date requested for relocation to be processed?
I will recommend finding old tenants for NTD if this is impossible,
we have to arrange NBN tech visit.
Actually, NTD is property of NBN, Dedicated for the particular house only, even if they move, it will not work in any other places,
