NBN connection box cable port not working

hi
got issue with NBN box Uni-d 1 port ？

No connection between modem and NBN box

No LeD flashing ether green or orange on UNI-D1 port at all with cable pluged in （LED is on when restarting the NBN box ）

i did replace a new modem throght was modem issue . but still not working
tried with different cable aswell

so should i need a new NBN box or there is something else i can do
