NBN connection to new home

Hi , I am moving to new built house and wanted to move current TPG NBN from old house to new house . I been continuously following TPG for update as new address not reflected in their database and they will work with NBN . There is no update since 2 weeks . I am not sure what should be next step here . Any suggestions ?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that your address was raised to NBN Co for further checking if it's registered on their database.

You've been advised that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the process.

 

We'll chase this with our Moving home team and have a CM to call you as soon as an update becomes available.
