I've received an SMS to say 'your service is awaiting activation and you are required to plug in your modem' It is plugged in and has been all along.
When I check the status it says 'progressing'. Is there something else I need to do? Many thanks

Welcome to the community! 


Since you have properly set up the equipments needed, our NBN provisioning team will require additional test for the activation of the NBN service. Send us a Private Message wtih your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.

It looks like this has been resolved by our NBN Provisioning team by performing setup check and modem configuration.
