NBN installed but I don't have my router

I am upgrading from ADSL to NBN.

NBN technician visited today, did all the cabling and installed the NBN modem. 

But I haven't receive the NBN router, I didn't get any consignment number. I rang TPG and they said they will keep my ADSL service live until I get my NBN Router. 

It just looks like my ADSL service have stopped now.  

Where is my TPG Router??

Can I just pick it up from the North Ryde office today?

We apologise for the misinformation, but our office opens at 9AM in the morning.

 

Were you able to pick up the modem? If yes, it is already preconfigured and it's just plug and play.

 

Should you require further assistance, please let us know.

I was told the office for picking up modems opens at 8am. I'm here now and guess what? It doesn't open till 9am.
