NBN no connection to our home

Our whole street has the NBN connected and some neighbours are with TPG, however we don't have the NBN and we are still ADSL limited! Our address is not even showing up on the NBN website? When we first had the internet set up 5 years ago TPG had linked our service with another house on our street and this caused so many issues

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked your address, but it shows that the NBN is not yet available for you. You may check it here.

 

Please send me a PM with the sample address of your neighbours that's with us and have an active TPG account. We'll raise this with our NBN service delivery team and have them check with NBN Co for further information.

We chased this with our Account Specialists Team and arranged a call tomorrow between 10-12NN AEDST. Let us know how it will go.

I spoke with Marife from the planchange team a week ago and they haven't gotten back to me with an update. They sent me an email with a google earth pic I had to circle where my house was. I did this and sent it back.
Can you please find out what is happening. I've had no communication with any update
