NBN outage or NTD failure

Hi Team,
Internet has been down for 5 hrs and NTD is flashing Downstream light, then flash all 3 lights every 2min (DOwnstream, upstream, online). There is no outage reported in my area (4075). I haven’t been able to get through on the help line. Can you let me know if there is work underway please? Thank you

Their technician attended the job and advised that there's a faulty power supply, which an electrician is needed to resolve the fault.
