New nbn connection dropping out

Hello,
My NBN was connected on Monday.
Since installation I am having several drop outs per day when I previously didn’t on my adsl connection. I have reviewed your troubleshooting page and nothing there seems to be a problem. Sometimes the internet will reconnect within a few minutes but other times it won’t reconnect after an hour and I need to hard reset either the modem or nbn connection device.

Hi @Michaelherps,

 

We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.

 

When you experience the dropouts, did you notice any changes with the lights of your NBN NCD box?
