Get online support
Our NBN service is intermittent. It has not worked for a week. We keep getting messages saying there is an outage and then that it is resolved. I have had no service for an hour now. I am using 4G just to type this. I waited for over 15 minutes on hold on the tech line, with no service. I am annoyed and frustrated.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have found that your service was affected by an NBN network outage.
This was caused by a faulty hardware and the attending NBN technician resolved the issue by replacing it.
