Get online support

NBN outage since Monday and I can’t get through on 131423

Hi, I haven’t had any internet access since Monday 10 mth Feb. I have NBN at my address but the connection dropped out on Monday Morning after the storms. Each evening after work I call TPG and the message says they can’t take calls. When I have gone to get technical support on the support line it isn’t operating .
I just wanted to know what is the best way to get technical support? I also need to activate a new SIM card and haven’t been able to do that because I need the internet .
