Thank you for reaching out to us. I can see that there was indeed an outage that NBNCo had to repair. It was raised by NBNCo on Oct 10 at 12:21PM AEST and it was just resolved today at 10:17PM AEST. NBNCo reported that their technician had to replace a faulty hardware.
