NBN plan data quota mistake

Hi,

I have tpg NBN plan, last month I required to cancel the plan on November 4th.   I logged into my account it shows " Peak Usage: 41,509 MB used of 50,000MB  for the period  2022-08-22 to 2022-11-04 ".  My NBN plan is 50GB without speed shaped for peak time every month. But now it showes 50GB without speed shaped for the 2.5 month, this is not correct. It should be 2.5*50GB=125GB . Can you please check it? thanks.
