NBN serial number mismatch

Hi,
My NBN box serial number is mismatched with the registered address. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to be connected. I've been sent the proof of residence. How long do I need to wait? No update from the case manager last week, even I asked to call me twice. It is annoying. I don't want to call your customer centre anymore. It is wasting my time.

Hi,
How's the progress? Still no internet. It's 4th weeks now, and I got a bill to pay for the internet. I can't believe that I have to pay a bill which I haven't use it. Tell me what I do next?
