Hi I have received my NBN package on Wednesday and I have connected everything to the power but my NBN BOX keeps on blinking, is there a problem? When will my service become active, can you please send a technician to solve this issue? And yes I have checked the outage website for my area it says planned outage only for the 17th of April from 7 am- 3pm in Windsor (VIC), so it should be working until then. Can you please contact me on 0424351434, and help us resolve this issue, thanks nurten!

Fault: " We have ADSL connection using a new 610 adapter and "B" cord, BUT no NBN connection the NTD LED's just blink but do not go solid even after 30 minutes. Please raise a NBN fault for the service as this appears on the street side - thank you. "
