Hi i need urgent help, i was sent out my nbn box installed it no problem. I have not received a bill and now its been cut off. I was sent no account details nothing. Only the box and sim...how do i get my bill as i have called telstra and cannot get though.

Are you a TELSTRA customer...??  This forum is for TPG customers.

Our modems do not have mobile/sim backup.
