Hi, we recently moved into a new house and it appears previous owner has taken the NBN Connection box.

How do we arrange a new one to be sent to us? Our modem arrived on Monday.

Hi @joshward92, 

We appreciate you raising this concern to us! 

Your NBN service is under the Service Class 24 which means it can be activated remotely as the equipment is readily available. 

The NBN box or the NTD should not be taken or to be sold as it is NBN Co's property. 

I have organised a contact to be made tomorrow, 06 November 2020 from a Case Manager to assist you regarding this matter.
