My nbn was installed yesterday at 11 am n no connection so far! 2pm today I got a message awaiting connection please plug in nbn modem etc but it was connected n plugged in all along! I hv been on calls n hold for upto 80 mins today no results! Very quick when trying to get ur business n no service or correct numbers to call after!! Very frustrated....
