Hi,
Technician came today ,said everything is ok dal syncing@ 60/20.but said some authentication issue causing problem to get internet.After he went ,called tpg technical support they said there is no authentication
Issue,but my problem is still same(no internet).

Read the same problem I have in this forum
found a person with user name @peterrussell had same problem and same issue in year 2018.
He said in this forum that Problem was found in Pillar and fixed by NBN engineers.

Do you have any idea what is word "PILLAR "
means in his answer?

Hi Rimplenegi.

What type of nbn connection do you have? What lights are lit on the nbn box?

What type of wifi router do you have and what lights are lit?

Router :tplink archer v1600v.
Nbn:FTTN
lights on modem/routerSmiley Tongueower dsl w.4gz,5ghz all solid on (steady)
Internet light Smiley Surprisedff(that's the issue).
