Network Connection Device

Have received my modem for my new NBN connection, however, have not received the Network Connection Device.  Have received a text from TPG to set up my NBN but I cannot complete the installation without the NCD.  Can someone please advise how long it takes for the NCD to be delivered.  Many thanks.
