Hello, I have a brand Nbn FTTC new setup and no nbn connection. I checked the modem logs, and I have ppp3 failed to authenticate to ourselves to peer?

What should I do now?

Thanks
Donald

Yes, all lights were on. I woke up the next morning, and the TPG provided router is all working (no config modification required). Thanks for your help.

Do you have 4 blue lights on the NBN connection box?

Are you using the TPG-supplied wifi router? It should be pre-configured. Unless you have factory reset it.

If its your own router, you have to enter your TPG username and password into the Internet section; this is to do with PPPoE type connection. This is possibly what "authenticate" means.
