New NBN Connection

Hi,

I just got my NBN connected today and was told wait half an hour to be active.
I have waited and have entered the username and password under the modem but it keeps saying I have and incorrect password.
Solution?

We were able to locate your account and can see that the NBN service is already working.

 

Are you trying to connect via WiFi connection? You'll be able to see the WiFi password on your modem/router as WLAN key/Security key.
