I received the modem yesterday and have the message confirming the service was activated. However, after trying multiple times with troubleshooting connecting to UNID -1 port and WAN - there is no line.
I called the customer care number and they did troubleshoot as well but not working. Since then I have been trying to get hold of technical team, but no one picks the phone.
Can someone please help? Or call back to the linked mobile number?
